Production Access rarely performs custom software development for "one-off" products not related to the PA products. However, it is common for PA customers to request custom development for certain parts of the PA system in order to make life easier for them. While PA routinely does this type of custom software development for customers, PA can not insure that the customized changes or resulting product will be part of the normally supported software package.
