The original concept of Production Access' Operations Center began in 1994 with a partnership of seasoned petroleum engineers.  Production Access was formed specifically for the purpose of creating solutions to the information management problems the founders witnessed firsthand in their respective companies.

The founders set out to develop a totally integrated system that linked various oil company departments into a comprehensive information management database.  Their perception has been validated in since then by a steadily growing customer base.
